What Management Isn’t Telling You

When I made my way into senior leadership I came in with a mission to make things better. The way I see it (and the way research has it) the better things are for the employees the better things will be for the business. It seemed so simple, we all go somewhere for most of the day and do work so that we can afford to do it all over again, so why should we be miserable the whole time?
